Alex Stark, McCarthy Stone

\"AlexMcCarthy Stone has appointed Alex Stark as its new managing director for its London and South East division. He joins with considerable senior-level experience in the housebuilding sector: most recently, four years at Crest Nicholson Eastern as MD, prior to that as MD for Redrow’s Eastern division and as sales director at Barratt London.

 

Martyn Clark, Crest Nicholson

\"MartynCrest Nicholson has announced the appointment of Martyn Clark as its new chief executive. His previous nine years have been at Persimmon, where his senior roles in the South division included regional chairman before his appointment as chief commercial officer in 2022. Prior to that he spent 28 years at Bloor Homes.

 

Chris Harris, Dandara

\"ChrisDandara has promoted Chris Harris to the role of chief operating officer for its Housebuilding division, responsible for the company’s four English regional housebuilding divisions – Northern Home Counties, Eastern, South East and Southern. He joined the company in March 2019 and was promoted to divisional managing director in April 2022.

 

Jack O’Brien, Dovepark Properties

\"JackDovepark Properties, the affordable housing arm of Comer Homes, has announced Jack O’Brien as its new chairman. He brings with him nearly 30 years of experience in relation to historic buildings, development, block, estate and letting management, including affordable rent units experience, and is director of his own specialist consultancy.

 

Two appointments, Wain Estates

\"RyanWain Estates has named Ryan James and Neil Lewis as land director and planning director respectively. James has joined from Equans, where he was new build director, with previous  roles at ENGIE, Knowsley Council, and Liverpool City Council. Lewis was most recently senior planning manager at Vistry Partnerships and had also worked at Countryside and Gladman.

 

Two appointments, Rapleys

\"JonathanRapleys has appointed Jonathan Bernstein as partner in the Residential division, joining from Avison Young, where he was a director. In addition, James Strang joins the Charities Not for Profit (CNFP) team as an associate and was previously an associate partner at Cluttons. He has also worked within the educational sector.

 

Dave Saville, Caddick Construction Group

\"DaveCaddick Construction Group has appointed Dave Saville as regional managing director for its North West division. He joins from Wates, where he was MD for the North and Midlands since 2022 following three years as business unit director for the North West. Prior to that, he spent 20 years at Laing O’Rourke and John Sisk.
